abstract | The invention relates to a bus connector assembly of a gas insulated switchgear, which comprises an insulated silicon rubber part, wherein the insulated silicon rubber part comprises an insulator, a conductive rubber ring and a terminal, and the tail end of the conductive rubber ring is provided with a slope and a fillet and is surrounded and covered by the insulator; the conductive rubber ring is in contact with a metal grounding flange of a bus connector, the width of the terminal is as wide as a bus copper bar of the gas insulation switch cabinet, and two fastening holes are formed. By the structure, the electric field intensity at the tail end of the conductive rubber ring of the insulating silicon rubber is small, the conductive rubber ring has no suspension potential, the electric field between the conductive rubber ring and the high-voltage copper bar conductor is uniform, and the electric contact between the terminal and a bus copper bar of the gas insulated switchgear is increased and accumulated by widening the terminal to be as wide as the bus copper bar; and two fastening holes are formed in the terminal, so that the locking force between the terminal and the bus copper bar is increased, and the working stability and safety of the assembly are further guaranteed. |
