The invention relates to the field of constructional engineering, in particular to an inverted roof or floor rainwater floor drain for an assembly type building, which comprises a first rainwater pipe and a second rainwater pipe, wherein the upper end of the first rainwater pipe is flush with a slope finding layer, the lower part of the second rainwater pipe is in clearance fit with the upper part of the first rainwater pipe, a clearance between the second rainwater pipe and the first rainwater pipe is used for paving a waterproof coiled material, and a water inlet is formed in a pipe body of the second rainwater pipe, which is exposed out of the first rainwater pipe; when rainwater permeates a roof or a floor layer and a heat-insulating layer to reach the waterproof protective layer, the rainwater flows in from the water inlet and flows out of the roof through the first rainwater pipe, water is prevented from being stored in the heat-insulating layer of the roof or the floor, the heat-insulating layer and the waterproof protective layer are corroded, rainwater is discharged in time, and bearing burden of the roof or the floor is reduced. |
