The application relates to the technical field of stainless steel material production, in particular to a low-cost, high-strength, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant stainless steel material and a method for preparing precision parts produced by using the same. A low-cost, high-strength, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel material is composed of the following alloying elements: 0-0.03% C, 0-0.30% O, 1.0-2.0% Si, 0.2-0.8% Mn , 12-16% Cr, 5-10% Ni, 0.5-2.5% Cu, 0.5-2.0% Mo, and the balance is Fe. The material cost of the present application is low, and it is suitable for mass production of high-performance special-shaped structural parts. The application has high surface hardness, up to 1000HV or more, good corrosion resistance, salt spray test can reach more than 24h, good heat resistance, and the yield strength of 17‑4PH stainless steel is increased by more than 30% without reducing the elongation. |
