titleOfInvention | Heptapeptide with antitumor activity and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a heptapeptide with antitumor activity, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pharmacy. Heptapeptides are compounds having the structure of formula (I) or their enantiomers or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or prodrugs. The heptapeptide was synthesized with high yield and efficiency by the solid-phase synthesis method of Fmoc chemistry, wherein the de-Fmoc protection was 20% piperidine DMF solution, the condensation reagent was HATU, and the base used in the condensation process was DIPEA. The cytotoxic activity of these heptapeptides against colon cancer cells, lung cancer cells, prostate cancer cells, melanoma cells, and breast cancer cells was screened by MTT method. It has certain application prospects in the development of corresponding drugs. |
