The present disclosure relates to solid-state electrochemical cells with uniformly distributed solid-state electrolytes and methods of manufacture associated therewith. The method can include forming a plurality of pores in one or more solid-state electrodes; impregnating the one or more solid-state electrodes with a solid-state electrolyte precursor solution so as to fill the solid-state electrolyte precursor solution with the solid-state electrolyte precursor solution. a plurality of pores and any other voids or pores within one or more electrodes; and heating the one or more electrodes to solidify the solid electrolyte precursor solution and form a distributed solid electrolyte. |
