titleOfInvention | A fiber reinforced recycled aggregate pervious concrete |
abstract | The invention discloses a fiber-reinforced recycled aggregate permeable concrete. The concrete is made from the following formulas: cement 270-350kg/m 3 and 355-450kg/m 3 , water 100-155kg/m 3 , coarse aggregate 1360 kg/m 3 . ‑1950kg/m 3 , recycled aggregate 35%‑100%, polymer emulsion 0‑30kg/m 3 , water reducing agent 0‑9.6kg/m 3 , high performance admixture 0‑5kg/m 3 , water The glue ratio is 0.24‑0.42, the slurry-to-bone ratio is 1:3.8‑1:4.7, and the maximum nominal particle size of the coarse aggregate is 5‑20mm. The regenerated aggregate is used to prepare permeable concrete to further reduce the carbon in the whole life cycle of the ground and pavement materials. At the same time, the construction waste and solid waste are effectively used. Through the fiber reinforcement technology, the flexural strength and toughness of the permeable pavement have been greatly improved. To a certain extent, the quality stability of pervious concrete products is ensured. |
