The present application provides a quinoline derivative for treating non-small cell lung cancer. 1-[[[4-(4-Fluoro-2-methyl-1H-indol-5-yl)oxy-6-methoxyquinolin-7-yl]oxy]methyl provided in this application base] cyclopropylamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, can be used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients who are not suitable for EGFR-TKI therapy, and can significantly improve the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients who are not suitable for EGFR-TKI therapy compared with placebo progression-free survival. |
