The invention provides a lead-free copper alloy self-lubricating material, a pump motor bimetallic cylinder and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of lubricating materials. The lead-free copper alloy self-lubricating material provided by the present invention includes the following components by mass percentage: 60-90% of copper powder, 1-8% of aluminum powder, 1-5% of phosphide metal salt powder, and 1% of iron source powder. ~5%, titanium source powder 1-5%, tin source powder 1-6%, bismuth powder 1-6%, nickel powder 1-5%, zirconium diboride powder 0.5-3%. The copper alloy self-lubricating material provided by the present invention is lead-free, safe and environmentally friendly; and the copper alloy self-lubricating material provided by the present invention is sintered on the surface of the plunger hole and the flow distribution surface of the pump and motor cylinder, so that the plunger of the pump and motor cylinder can be sintered. The hole and the flow distribution surface are modified for friction reduction and wear resistance at the same time, so that the pump motor cylinder has excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating performance, and the interface bonding force is high, and there is no need to insert a core in the plunger hole. |
