| abstract | The present application provides an application of a composition in the preparation of a medicament for diagnosing infantile hemangioma and/or monitoring its progress and prognosis, the composition comprising at least one of the following four groups of substances: (1) total fatty acid or at least one of total saturated fatty acids or total monounsaturated fatty acids or specified fatty acids; (2) at least one of specified metabolites; (3) at least one of specified proteins; and (4) specified lipid subclasses or lipids at least one of the molecules. Also provided are test kits comprising the compositions and instructions of the present invention. The application and kit of the present invention can realize early warning/prediction and early diagnosis of infantile hemangioma, closely monitor the degree of progression of the disease course, objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of the drug, and accurately reflect the prognosis. Also provided is a drug for treating IH, including substances that regulate the expression of LDHB, KRT1, BCHE, CFHR4, CPQ, APOC-3, ARHGDIB and LAMA5, thereby providing a new and effective way for treating infantile hemangioma. |
