titleOfInvention An automatic mixing system for improving the consistency of physical properties of lithium battery separators
abstract The invention discloses an automatic mixing system for improving the consistency of the physical properties of a lithium battery diaphragm, which comprises a raw material feeding station, a raw material temporary storage unit, a metering and mixing unit and a positive pressure conveying system. The temporary storage unit includes multiple groups of temporary storage bins. The temporary storage bin uses negative pressure and vacuum conveying to transport the powder located at the feeding station into its bin. The metering and mixing unit includes multiple groups of weight-reducing measuring bins and mixers. The silo adopts negative pressure and vacuum conveying to transport the powder in the temporary storage silo, and the weight-reducing measuring silo conveys the weighed powder to the mixer through the volume feeder for mixing. The outlet end is connected to the positive pressure conveying system, and the mixed powder is sent to the extruder by means of positive pressure conveying through the positive pressure conveying system. The present invention solves the problems of difficulty in manual feeding and poor uniformity of physical properties by upgrading and optimizing the existing feeding and feeding processes, and at the same time improves the productivity.
