The invention solves the technical problems that the existing polyethylene-based lithium metal battery composite separator has insufficient thermal stability, wettability, ability to transport lithium ions and stability. In the present invention, PE is dipped in the mixed slurry of PSU and PVDF, and the uneven pore size of PE filled with PSU and PVDF makes PESV have higher porosity and more uniform pore distribution. The composite separator, PSU with good rigidity and thermal stability and the electrophilic PVDF make the PESV composite separator take into account both high mechanical strength and wettability, and can be stably cycled in the battery for a long time. |
