The invention discloses a preparation method of polycarbosilane reinforced alumina ceramic slurry and a 3D printing photocuring molding process, belonging to the technical field of ceramic materials. By adjusting the mass percentage of liquid polycarbosilane in the whole suspension, the silicon carbide and the content of mullite produced by chemical reaction of the Al 2 O 3 composite are optimized, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the mechanical properties of ceramics. Silicon carbide polymer is a relatively stable precursor polymer material, but when encountering an aqueous solution, a chemical reaction occurs that leads to curing. The problem of slurry instability can be solved only by selecting appropriate resin monomers, dispersants, light inducers and plasticizers. A three-stage pyrolysis process is designed to ensure that the polymer-converted silicon carbide does not undergo oxidation reaction, and silicon carbide fibers are formed in alumina to achieve the effect of reinforcement. |
