The system comprises a horizontal spiral ribbon solid-liquid separation device, an oil-water separation tower, an oil storage container, an oil colloid removing device, a biodiesel normal temperature exchange device, a liquid separation device and a filtering device. The outlet of the horizontal spiral ribbon solid-liquid separation device is connected to the middle lower end of the oil-water separation tower through a pipeline, the oil storage container is communicated with the oil colloid removing device through a pipeline, and the oil outlet is communicated to a strong gas-liquid mixer through a pipeline. The oil mixed with ozone gas enters into an ozone treatment reactor. The bottom of the biodiesel normal temperature exchange device is communicated with the liquid separation device through a pipeline.
