abstract |
Disclosed is an anti-freezing device for a electrolytic zinc sulfuric acid tube. The anti-freezing device comprises a sulfuric acid tube, steam tubes and a thermal insulation layer. The steam tubes are metal tubes and tightly attached to one side the sulfuric acid tube side by side, and the thermal insulation layer is waterproof cloth and wraps the periphery of the sulfuric acid tube and the steam tubes. When the sulfuric acid tube is frozen due to low temperatures, steam can be filled into the steam tubes to heat and melt sulfuric acid in the sulfuric acid tube, and therefore the anti-freezing device for the electrolytic zinc sulfuric acid tube is safe and efficient. |
