titleOfInvention Self-sealing gas system of cryogenic liquid pump
abstract The utility model relates to a self-sealing gas system of a cryogenic liquid pump. A sealing gas pipeline is led out from a cryogenic liquid outlet pipeline of the cryogenic liquid pump, then, the outlet end of the sealing gas pipeline returns to the mechanical sealing position of the cryogenic liquid pump, and the sealing gas pipeline is provided with a stop valve, a first radiating coiled pipe, a pressure relief valve, a pressure gauge, a flow meter, a flow control valve and a check valve. The cryogenic liquid pump is further provided with a sealing gas outlet pipeline and a second radiating coiled pipe. According to the self-sealing gas system of the cryogenic liquid pump, a sealing gas source is changed into cryogenic liquid with the purity of 99.99% led out from an outlet of the cryogenic liquid pump, after gasification and pressure reduction, the gasified cryogenic liquid is led to the cryogenic liquid pump to serve as the sealing gas source, and thus product purity pollution caused by the situation that in prior art, when other gas sources are used as the sealing gas, the sealing gas flushes into the cryogenic liquid such as liquid argon is completely eradicated out.
