titleOfInvention | Servo unwinding device |
abstract | The utility model relates to the technical field of unwinding devices and in particular relates to a servo unwinding device. The servo unwinding device comprises a case, wherein a tension pulley, a stepping motor for driving the tension pulley to rotate, a controller for controlling the rotating speed of the stepping motor, a tension rod connected with the tension pulley in a transmission manner, an angle sensor for measuring a rotating angle of the tension pulley, a PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) board, and a tension adjustment mechanism for adjusting tension of the tension rod, wherein the tension adjustment mechanism comprises an adjustment rod; a connector is arranged between the adjustment rod and the tension rod; one end of the connector is connected with the tension rod, and the other end of the connector is connected with the adjustment rod; the angle sensor is fixedly connected with the tension rod; the controller is in signaling connection with the stepping motor; the PCBA board is in signaling connection with the controller and the angle sensor respectively. The servo unwinding device can supply continuous and stable tension during working, can be adjusted easily and conveniently to ensure proper tightness of coils to be wound and firm winding of the coils and is extremely high in practicability. |
