titleOfInvention Slow-wave structure of multi-beam traveling wave tube for inhibiting band-edge oscillation
abstract The utility model discloses a slow-wave structure of a multi-beam traveling wave tube for inhibiting band-edge oscillation. The slow-wave structure of the multi-beam traveling wave tube for inhibiting band-edge oscillation provided by the utility model comprises a coupling chamber chain which is composed of coupling chambers that are formed through alternatively arranging pole shoes and copper rings. Each pole shoe and each copper ring are respectively provided with a partition and are configured to a coupling chamber wall, wherein two successively arranged coupling chambers form one coupling ring unit. The coupling ring unit is obtained through connecting the pole shoes at two sides and the copper ring between the pole shoes. Partial coupling ring units are respectively provided with an absorber internally. Each absorber is configured in the coupling chamber which is formed by the pole shoes and the copper ring. Furthermore the coupling ring units with the absorbers and the coupling ring units without absorbers are separately arranged. The novel slow-wave structure of the multi-beam traveling wave tube for inhibiting band-edge oscillation according to the utility model overcomes defects in application of the prior band-edge oscillation inhibiting structure in large-power multi-beam traveling wave tube.
