abstract | A tension controller of a payoff mechanism in a high-speed solder strip tin plating machine is characterized by comprising a fixed guide roller, a fixed rod, a swing guide roller, an unreeling speed adjusting rod, a counterweight and a tension spring. The fixed rod is fixed on a frame of the payoff mechanism, the fixed guide roller is rotationally connected with the fixed rod, the swing guide roller and the fixed guide roller are in transmission connection through a belt, and the swing guide roller is arranged on the lower portion of the fixed guide roller, the swing guide roller is fixedly connected with one end of the unreeling speed adjusting rod, the counterweight is slidably arranged on the unreeling speed adjusting rod, one end of the tension spring is fixed on the fixed rod, and the other end of the tension spring is fixed on the unreeling speed adjusting rod. By the aid of the above structural design, compared with the prior art, the tension controller has the advantages that the problem that constant tension and stable payoff speed are failed to provide in the prior art is solved, yield of copper belts is reduced by five points on average, and the tension controller is simple in structure and high in reliability. |
