abstract | A full-automatic multi-station aluminum alloy heat treatment furnace comprises a furnace body, a furnace door and a workpiece quenching device, wherein a lifting mechanism, a material frame and a burner are arranged in the furnace body, an exhaust port of the burner is connected with a burner blower through an air pipeline, and an air heater is arranged in the furnace body. The bottom of the water tank of the workpiece quenching device is provided with a sand blowing component, the bottom of the water tank is connected with a water sand filter tank through a power water pump and a bottom water pipeline, and the water sand filter tank is connected with the water tank through a top water pipeline. The invention carries the waste heat of the smoke outlet of the original burner into the burner for combustion by the air inlet of the burner blower, thereby improving the temperature of the preheated combustion air and reducing the energy consumption by 5 percent; the sand blowing component blows out compressed air from the bottom of the water tank, blows sand-containing water in the water tank evenly, and then pumps the sand-containing water into the water-sand filter tank for precipitation and flows back to the water tank for use. The invention utilizes the waste heat recovery and the water-sand separation of the water tank, saves energy, reduces consumption and has high working efficiency. |
