abstract | The present application provides a pulverizing cup assembly and a food processor. A pulverizing cup assembly includes a pulverizing cup and a cup seat assembly. The cup holder assembly includes the water inlet valve assembly. The water inlet valve assembly includes a valve seat, a bracket, a valve stem, an elastic part and a sealing ring. The bracket is provided with a water inlet channel. The valve seat is provided with a through hole. The valve stem includes a top plate portion and a rod-shaped portion extending from the top plate portion. The top plate portion is located above the valve seat. The valve stem can be moved from the first position to the second position by force. In the first position, the receiving space is disconnected from the water inlet channel. When the valve rod moves upward to the second position, the water inlet channel is communicated with the receiving space. When the water inlet valve assembly is in the first position, it can prevent the ingredients in the crushing cup from entering the water inlet valve assembly, so as not to cause blockage and affect the water in the water tank assembly from flowing into the crushing cup; at the same time, it can also prevent food residue from remaining in the water inlet valve assembly.
