The subject of the invention is a process for the production of heatnan insulating material consisting ofn60 to 94% by weight of sand,nfrom 4 to 10% resin, from 2 to 20%ncellulose and 0 to 10%; fibrous material;nthe essence of the invention is that it firstncellulose is perfectly suspendednfibrous material in fourteen to sixteen foldnthe amount of water, the suspension is thennmixed with precotified sand and recoverednthe mixture is dewatered, compacted and formed,nand then dried. Obtained thermallynthe insulation material has a great resistancenagainst heat, fibrous structure and reducedndeveloping gas. |
