In the present invention there are described novel derivatives of 1-(2-oxoacetyl)piperidine-2-carboxylic acid of the general formula I, in which the individual symbols have specific meaning and which maintain, increase or recover sensitivity of cells to therapeutic or prophylactic agents. In the present invention there are also described pharmaceutical preparations in which these compounds are comprised as well as process of their preparation. The aforementioned compounds and pharmaceutical preparations are suitable particularly for treating cells being resistant to several medicaments, for prevention of resistance to several medicaments and for treating cancer, resistant to several medicaments. |
