In the present invention there are disclosed pyrido[2,3-D]pyrimidines of the general formula I in which the substituents have specific meanings, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These compounds are suitable for inhibition of protein kinases and they are therefore effective for treating cell proliferative diseases, aterosclerosis, restenosis, psoriasis and cancer. In the present invention there are also claimed pharmaceutical compositions based on these compounds. |
