There are many hydantoin derivatives of the general formula I in which the substituents have specific meanings, methods of their manufacture, their use and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. These compounds possess valuable pharmacological properties in controlling platelet aggregation and osteoclast binding to the bone surface. |
