Magnetic device, method of its production, magnetic system and method of separating the component from the mixture |
abstract |
The magnetic system and the device having a multidimensional gradient for continuously separating the components from the mixture comprises at least one separation chamber (22) with a plurality of channels (25) and a plurality of magnets (27). The sample mixed with the magnetic particles enters the separation chamber (22) through the inlet (23) of the separation chamber. The magnets (27) form a magnetic field that captures the magnetic particles with bound blood components in the channels (25), while the remaining blood (white blood cells, platelets and plasma) flows through the channel (25) and exits through the outlet (24) from the separation chamber (22). ). After the magnetic field is deactivated, the entrapped blood components are separated from the magnetic particles in the second compartment (42) with the channels (45) provided with the magnets (47). |
