The solution comprises a 2- (substituted amino) benzoxazole sulfonamide derivative of the Formula I and its N-oxide, salt, stereoisomeric form, racemic mixture or ester, wherein R.sub.1.n., R.sub.2.n., R.s. .sub.3.n., R.sub.4.n., L, A, R.sub.5.n. and R.sub.6.n. have a specific meaning. The invention further comprises the use of the derivative for the manufacture of a medicament for treating or controlling an infection or disease associated with a retroviral infection in a mammal, a pharmaceutical composition thereof and a method for inhibiting retroviral replication using the derivative in vitro. |
