titleOfInvention recuperative burners
abstract Conventional recuperative burners, due to their process-related binding to directly assigned recuperators, lead to good energetic effects. However, some inevitably resulting disadvantages, such as binding to high-speed burners, danger of sucking fresh furnace flue gas, high expenditure, etc., are not explicitly disclosed. With the solution according to the invention, these essential problems are eliminated by avoiding the removal of unused fresh exhaust gas from an external exhaust duct from the furnace chamber. The requirements for the flow mechanics (recirculation, jet impulse, wall-near flow) are considerably simplified. The new solution leads to possible process combinations that were previously excluded, eg. B. for industrial furnaces with internal recuperation.
