The cleaning performance of detergents and cleaning agents compared to protein-containing soiling should be improved. This was achieved essentially by the fact that in addition to the usual ingredients compatible with such active ingredients, the agent has a mutant of a protease of the subtilisin type, in which at least one of positions 3, 4, 99, 188, 193, 199 and 211 (BLAP count) the amino acid present at this point in the wild-type protease is replaced by another amino acid and contains coated particulate alkali percarbonate. |
