Use of liposomes, characterized in that they comprise, at least in part, in their structure a substance or mixture of substances capable of, or the intracellular penetration of, at least one active substance present in or from the liposomes is to stimulate, and that is selected / are from the group consisting of: a) a primary, secondary, tertiary or quaternary fatty monoamine comprising a single C10 to C13 fatty chain; or b) a solution of quaternized plant proteins of the formula RN (R 1 R 2 R 3 ), where R symbolizes the vegetable protein molecule; R 1 and R 2 are independently a C 1 -C 6 hydrocarbon group and R 3 is an alkyl radical having from 10 to 18 carbon atoms; as a cosmetic agent that stimulates the intracellular penetration of at least one drug to produce a topical cosmetic composition; or for the preparation of a topical pharmaceutical composition. |
