From another point of viewnThe present invention describes an improved methodnfor sorting mammalian spermatozoanfractions containing X and Y chromosomes and the spermatozoa fractions,nwhich can be obtained through the processnboth of which exploit the effects of the new preservatives.nWhen spermatozoa contain fractions containing X and Y chromosomesnbe sorted leadsnthe measurement of their DNA content and the subsequent deflection innvarious receptacles tondamagenof spermatozoa.nThe improved method gives spermatozoa, the less damagenhave suffered, resulting in improved fertilization capacitynwhen the effects of the preservatives according to the invention are reflectednbe exploited.
