abstract |
Semiconductor light source with a primary radiation source (1) which emits electromagnetic primary radiation (5) during operation of the semiconductor light source, and with a luminescence conversion module (2) into which at least part of the primary radiation (5) is coupled, the luminescence conversion module (2) - contains a luminescence conversion element (6), which wavelength-converts at least part of the coupled-in primary radiation (5) into a secondary radiation by means of at least one phosphor, - Is arranged at a distance from the primary radiation source (1) on a heat sink (3), and - has a reflector surface (7) which reflects the primary radiation (5) passing through the luminescence conversion element (6) and not absorbed by it back into the luminescence conversion element (6) and/or reflecting the secondary radiation in the direction of a light output surface (601) of the luminescence conversion module (2) reflected, the phosphor being deposited in the form of a powder on the reflector surface (7). |
