abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing a fertilizer from fermentation residues of a biogas plant comprising the steps of discharging digestate from the biogas plant and adding mineral acid to the discharged digestate in a mixing ratio, wherein a pH of the total substance as neutralized digestate is 5.0 to 7, 5, in particular 5.5 to 7.0, is set. Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement for carrying out the method according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein in sequence of the method steps, a mixing container (2), a Seperator (4), a mixing screw (5) and a dryer (6) are provided the mixing container (2) comprises a first supply means (21) for introducing the fermentation residues from a biogas plant or an intermediate storage facility (1) and a second supply means (22) for adding mineral acid and a first discharge means (23) for transferring the neutralized digestate to the Seperator (4) or an interposed intermediate storage (3) and a second discharge means (24) for withdrawing gases exiting during mixing to the biogas plant, wherein the separator (4) separates the neutralized digestate into a solid fraction and a liquid fraction and at a first (41) and a second connecting line (42) output, wherein the second connecting line (42) for the liquid fraction in the Mischsc to which part of the dried fermentation residues are also fed by a product conveyor (61) and mixed with each other and passed to the drier (6) via a third connecting line (53), the solid fraction being in the dryer together with the conditioned liquid fraction is dried. |
