Disclosed are a corrugated spring made of a plastic composite material for a vehicle suspension and an apparatus and a method for producing the same. The device comprises a corrugated extrusion section, a braiding section and a pultrusion section. The corrugated extrusion section forms a preform having a hollow corrugated structure. The braiding section weaves a three-dimensional fabric onto the preform. The extruding section impregnates the three-dimensional fabric with a thermosetting resin. |
