abstract |
The invention relates to a high-pressure discharge lamp for vehicle headlights with a gas-tight discharge vessel (10) having a discharge space (106) in which electrodes (11, 12) and a mercury-free discharge medium for generating a gas discharge are included, wherein the discharge medium at least xenon and halides of sodium, scandium and zinc and additionally contains at least one element from the group of vanadium and gallium in halide form. |
