The present disclosure provides an encapsulated pigment dispersion and an ink jet ink comprising an ink binder and an encapsulated pigment dispersion thereof. In particular, the encapsulated pigment dispersion comprises a pigment selected from TiO 2 pigments, fluorescent pigments, phosphorescent pigments and mixtures thereof. The present disclosure also provides a process for preparing the aqueous pigment. |
