| abstract | The invention relates to methods for producing or restoring a wearing part, consisting of a carrier and a wear layer. The invention also relates to a wearing part, consisting of a carrier and a wear layer. In order to provide a new method for producing or restoring a wearing part, which allows a long service life at low cost, a method for producing or restoring a wearing part consisting of a carrier and a wear layer is achieved in the context of the invention, comprising the following steps: a) introducing the carrier into an injection mold, b) applying a wear layer of polyurethane on the roughened surface of the carrier, c) removing the wearing part from the injection mold when the polyurethane has hardened sufficiently. It has surprisingly been found in the context of the invention that in this way the wear layer can also be repeatedly fixedly connected to the carrier. |
