A sensor device (100) is described, wherein the sensor device has a first sensor unit (1) and a second sensor unit (1) in a common housing (11), each of the sensor units having a heating element (3) and a temperature sensor element (4), wherein the housing comprises a cover member (14) having an opening (12), the cover member covering the first sensor element, and wherein the opening is disposed over the second sensor element. Furthermore, a method for operating a sensor device and an electronic module having a sensor device are described. |
