The invention relates to a method for producing an aluminum heat exchanger (1). According to the method, a powder mixture is provided which contains 0.02 to 0.4% by weight of magnesium, 0.1 to 0.5% by weight of silicon, 0.02 to 0.2% by weight of copper, 02 to 0.4% by weight of manganese and 0.2 to 1.0% by weight of iron. In addition, the powder mixture essentially comprises aluminum and production-related impurities as the remaining weight fraction of the total weight of the powder mixture. The total alloy proportion of the powder mixture is 0.36 to 2.5% by weight of the total weight. The powder mixture provided is then 3D printed into components of the aluminum heat exchanger. Components of the aluminum heat exchanger (1), which comprise the 3D-printed components, are then brazed to the aluminum heat exchanger (1). |
