Solder and method for testing predetermined areas of a soldered circuit board |
abstract |
The present invention provides a solder (104) which has a solder flux (101) with reflecting and / or fluorescent particles (102) which reflect or fluoresce under a predetermined illumination (13). The present invention also provides a method for testing predetermined areas (12) of a soldered circuit board (10), comprising the steps: Providing an at least partially populated and soldered circuit board (10) which has a soldering flux (101) with reflecting or fluorescent particles (102); and checking whether soldering flux (101) is present in the predetermined areas (12) on the printed circuit board (10) by means of predetermined lighting (13) under which the reflecting and fluorescent particles (102) of the soldering flux (101) can be seen. |
