The element contains a capacitor chip (1) as a compacted body of a metal powder with an electrolytic valve effect, and first (1a) and a second, opposite front face (12). An anode wire (2) protrudes from the chip first front face. The capacitor chip has two side faces (1b,c) with at least one recess (1d), pointing towards the second side face, but not extending up to it. Pref. each recess has a first boundary wall, spaced from the chip second front face, while a second boundary wall forms a spacing from the first front face. |
