abstract The copolymer consists of the basic structural monomer elements A1, A2 and A3, whose total amount equals 100 wt. % and wherein (a1) = 5 to 97 wt. % monofunctional basic structural elements A1 of general formula (II), wherein R<1>-R<6> independently mean hydrogen, C1-12-Alkyl, C2-12-alkenyl, C4-8-cycloalkyl, C6-12-aryl, C7-13-aralkyl or R<1> and R<2>, R<3> and R<4>, R<5> and R<6> independent from each other and together mean C3-7-alkylene which can be interrupted by -O-, -NH- or -N(C1-4-alkyl); Z = NH, N(C1-20-alkyl), CH2 or CH(C1-20-alkyl); X = a straight-chain or branched C1-30-alkylene, wherein one or more hydrogen atoms can be replaced by halogen, which can be interrupted by 1 to 3 not directly neighboring radicals -O-, -S-, -COO-, -O-CO-, -NH-, -NR<7>-, NH-CO-, -CO -NR<7>-, -CO-NH-, -NR<7>-CO-, NH-CO-NH-, -O-CO-NH-, -NH-CO-O-, -N<+>R<7>R<8>-B<->-, -P<+>R<7>R<8>R<9>R<9a>- B<-> together with R<7> to R<9a> independently mean C<1-6>-alkyl, -CC- or -CH=CH-, phenylene, cyclohexylene, cyclopentylene, which can be substituted; B<-> = the anion of an acid; -Y- = a single bond, -O-, -COO-, -O-CO-, -NH-CO-, -CO-N<7>-, -CO-NH-, -NR<7>-CO-, -NH-=CO-NH-, -O-CO-NH-, -NH-, -NR<7>- together with R<7> mean C1-6-alkyl or phenylene, cyclohexylene, cyclopentylene, which can be substituted; R<10> = hydrogen or C1-4-alkyl; (a2) = 0 to 95 wt. % disfunctional structural elements A2 with a similar structure to that of A1, and (a3) = 0 to 92 wt. % additional copolymerizable basic structural elements A3.
