abstract | Aluminum alloy that melts to the desired temperature is first introduced into a container (6) from the crucible or from whatever vessel, however, and from where, from where the liquid aluminum alloy is lifted into the trough (1 ) or pouring channel flows. DOLLAR A The trough (1) or the pouring channel as the lower part is covered by an upper part. DOLLAR A A chlorine-containing gas mixture is continuously blown into the covered trough through the bottom of the lower part (1) and the container (6) via supports (4). DOLLAR A First, the flowing aluminum alloy is jammed on the brake web (13). DOLLAR A Genuine dross residues of Al¶2¶O¶3¶ are deposited on the surface of the metal flow on the brake web (13) and are scraped off or removed at certain intervals. DOLLAR A The lower part of the metal flow flows freely into the mold or automatic mold pouring openings as a cleaned ALU alloy. |
