abstract The invention describes a method for fine tuning a passive, electronic component, which has at least one carrier substrate (1) and at least one electrically conductive layer (2), by means of focused laser emission. DOLLAR A The electrically conductive layer (2) contains a material with a conductive nitride or a conductive oxynitride or a semiconductor or chromium, which is converted into a locally electrically non-conductive material by the heating effect. The passive, electronic component can be fine-tuned after the component has been installed in a circuit, since no material is removed in the method according to the invention.
