titleOfInvention UNDERWATER CAMERA HOUSING FOR MIRROR REFLEX CAMERAS
abstract A water tight pressure resisting body housing is used for protecting an ordinary camera which is used for underwater photography. To enable the controls on the camera to be operated by a diver while submerged, the housing has a series of frictional wheels (95, 105) which are mounted within the body housing (1) and which are directly connected to the camera setting controls. In a variation of this system the frictional wheels (95, 105) may be mounted on link guides (96, 106) which are held in contact with the camera setting rings by means of elastic springs (97, 107).
