titleOfInvention READY-TO-INSTALL AND TRANSPORTABLE INSULATED COMPOSITE GLASS ELEMENT FOR OLD AND NEW WINDOW FRAMES
abstract The invention relates to a ready-to-install laminated insulating glass element which can be transported well, can be industrially produced according to specifications, can be introduced into old and new windows in an easily installable manner and is suitable for all window structures and frame materials, it being possible for the prefabricated laminated insulating glass element to have a pane spacing or air-gap width of 33 mm, 55 mm and more, in each case two flushing valves permitting the gas filling in the air gap, it being possible to repeat this after the period of guarantee has run out, and constant monitoring being ensured by an indicator which, by changing colour, indicates the moisture content within the air gap. The glazing part is achieved with the aid of an elastomeric special profile frame (1), the rectangular central part (2) of which spaces apart the glass panes (G) and encloses them in U-shaped cutouts (4). Said glazing part, encompassed by a retaining-rail frame (7) and inserted into the lateral incisions (18 to 24), receives clamping rails (11) on both sides and can be braced at a high contact pressure by a surface clamping press, it being possible to gain access to and close the flushing valves (8), let into the retaining-rail frame (7), via the clamping rail (11), while the valve stem (9), let into the special profile frame (1), makes it possible to achieve the gas-filling procedure. An indicator (10), plugged into the profile frame (1) from the air gap, permits a constantly visible monitoring of the gas condition. <IMAGE>
