titleOfInvention | "DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY POSITIONING OF FACILITIES LIKE LET, EDITING, TESTING, DRAWING OR SIMILAR DEVICES OR THE LIKE ON AN ESSENTIAL LEVEL WORKPLACE" |
abstract | An appliance for the automatic positioning of devices, such as soldering, machining, testing and plotting devices or the like, consists of two first and second arms (10, 12) which are connected to one another in an articulated manner and can be rotated relative to one another in a motor-operated manner. The motors (6, 21, 40) are provided with transmitter devices (not shown) which transmit the angular position of the arms as signals to a control unit (5) which controls the motors. The first arm (10) is rotatably mounted about a first pivot (9) which is perpendicular to the work surface (41). The device (14) to be positioned is arranged at the end of the second arm (12). The first pivot (9) is driven via gearing (7, 8) by a first motor (6). The first arm (10) is connected to the second arm (12) via a second pivot (11) which carries a spring (13) which presses the two arms (11, 12) against one another. A second motor (21) is provided in extension of the first pivot (9), a cable (20) being wound around the shaft of the second motor (21), the start of which is firmly connected to the shaft of the second motor (21) and the end of which is fastened to a bolt (19) at the end of the second arm. The device (14) to be positioned can be taken to any point of the work surface (41) by the controlled actuation of the motors (6, 21). Alternatively, the second pivot (11) can be driven via a third motor (40) and gearing (38, 39), in which case the second motor (21), the cable (20), the bolt (19) and the spring (13) are then omitted. <IMAGE> |
