abstract |
A photosensitive part contains an electroconductive substrate, a charge-transport layer and a charge-generation layer which contains at least one phthalocyanine pigment and an inorganic material and is produced by a vacuum coating method. A charge-transport layer can be formed as plasma-polymerised layer produced by glow discharge and can contain hydrogen and carbon. A layer of phthalocyanine pigment and a layer of inorganic material can be provided alternately in the charge-generation layer in a laminated manner. |
