titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING A LAMINATED CORE PACKAGE AND VOLTAGE CORE PRODUCED BY THE METHOD FOR INDUCTION ELECTRICITY METER
abstract In the case of electromagnetic systems, core stacks, often closed in frame fashion, having a limb, are often intended to engage through a coil. In order to make it possible to mount these, the laminated iron core is usually assembled from a plurality of partial stacks. The aim is therefore to produce a voltage core, preferably assembled in two parts, for meter drive systems, which has a uniform lamination structure and lamination thickness over the corresponding partial stacks, is extensively independent of manufacturing tolerances and can be fitted particularly simply and reliably. In the method, lamination plates of a voltage core assembled from two partial stacks (1, 2), which plates are located in the same plane, are produced in common working steps and remain associated with one another in defined fashion. The voltage core is held together by means of a plug-in stud (tenon/mortice) connection (2a, 1d) of the two partial stacks (1, 2) which is made by a common, congruent separating point in each lamination plate. The partial plates (1, 2) which are separated from each other congruently are stacked on top of each other to directly form stacks having the required thickness and are mechanically connected together. The partial stacks (1, 2) are subsequently fitted together in a self-locking manner at their original separating positions (1d, 2a) without play and accurately as regards the plates. The method allows... Original abstract incomplete. <IMAGE>
