abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing propylene from propane with the following stages: A) preparing a feed gas stream a containing propane; B) a propane-containing feed gas stream a and an oxygen-containing gas stream are fed into the dehydrogenation zone and propane undergoes non-oxidative catalytic autothermal dehydrogenation to form propylene, thereby producing a gas stream b of the reaction products containing propane, propylene, methane, ethane, ethene, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water vapor and hydrogen; C) the product stream b is cooled and the water vapor can be separated by condensation, whereby a product stream with a reduced water vapor content is obtained; D) non-condensable or low-boiling components of the gas mixture are separated by contactless interaction of the gas stream with the reaction products with an inert absorbent and subsequent desorption of gases dissolved in an inert absorbent, and a stream d1 of C-hydrocarbons and a stream d2 of off-gases containing methane, ethane, ethene are obtained, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen; E) the C-hydrocarbon stream d1 is cooled and compressed to produce a liquid C-hydrocarbon stream e1; F) a liquid C-hydrocarbon stream e1 is fed to a first distillation zone and is separated by distillation into a stream f1 consisting of propane and propylene and a stream f2 containing ethane and ethene; G) stream f1 is fed to a second distillation zone and is separated by distillation into a product stream g1 from propylene and a stream g2 from propane; wherein the stream g2 is at least partially recycled back to the dehydrogenation zone. |
