titleOfInvention METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVAL OF SOLID PARTICLES AND RESIN COMPONENT FROM A GAS MONOXIDE CARBON
abstract Method and device for removal of solid particles and resin component from carbon monoxide gas. According to this method, carbon monoxide gas from a melting furnace to melt a ferroalloy is supplied to a gas scrubber, carbon monoxide gas in a gas scrubber is cleaned with liquid medium to remove some solid particles, carbon monoxide is moved from a gas scrubber to a blower device, and the blower device increases the flow rate gaseous carbon monoxide, gaseous carbon monoxide is supplied to a particle filter and essentially filtered The remaining solids are from carbon monoxide gas on the particulate filter. Before passing carbon monoxide gas through a particle trapping filter, it is fed into a particle feeding system (4), where fine adsorbing particles (A) are introduced into carbon monoxide gas to adhere the resin component to the surface of the adsorbing particles, and a carbon monoxide gas stream containing adsorbing particles, served on the filter to trap particles, while the resin component adhering to the adsorbing particles is separated on the filter to trap particles.
